pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to European Regulation GDPR) and the national legislation in force, by this policy we provide you the information about the modalities and the purposes of the processing of your personal data, collected through our web site.

1. Data controller

The Data Controller is Ambu Srl, with registered office in Rome, via Canton 7, which can be contacted by writing to info@ambusrl.it or by sending a registered mail at the registered office.

2. Categories of personal data and purposes of the processing

Personal data you provide using our web site will be used by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

Data provided by the user compiling the on-line form available on our website in the "Contacts" section (personal and contact details) and any other information given in the message sent, also by e-mail: will be processed to receive and possibly giving answer to your request of a business contact;

  2. Technical cookies: these are session cookies (non-persistent) essential for safe and efficient site navigation and for its correct functioning. The duration of cookies is strictly limited to the work session (when the browser is closed they are deleted).
    No cookies are used for user profiling, neither tracking methods used.

3. Data access

To the purposes of paragraph 2, your data can be notified to the following subject:

  • companies or other third parties (subjects providing services to manage the computer system and, that handle personal data in outsourcing on the Data Controller' behalf, that will be appointed as Data Processors);
  • public entities, in order to comply with legal obligation, and judicial authorities, if officially required.
  • other persons authorized by the Data Controller that need to process personal data in order to perform their duties and the functions assigned to them.
  • 4. Processing method and storage times

    Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the provisions of art. 5 GDPR and therefore in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, mainly on computerized support and by means of the following operations: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, consultation, use, extraction, comparison, interconnection, limitation, cancellation and data destruction.
    Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
    The Owner, in order to provide the requested services, will keep your data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 2 and in any case for a period not exceeding 2 years for the data provided through the "Contacts" form. Technical cookies are stored until the user closes the browser.

    5. Legal basis of the processing

    The provision of your personal data is spontaneous and optional and is configured as necessary for sending the request for information, by filling in the "Contacts" form, and receiving a reply from the data controller, as well as for the regular operation of the site. However, failure to provide the data will prevent the Data Controller from carrying out the requested services.
    The legal basis for the processing of data referred to in point 2 consists in the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party and in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the internal organization and correct functioning of the site (Article 6, paragraph 1 , letters b) and f) GDPR).

    6. Data subjects' rights

    As data subject, you have certain rights in accordance with the European Regulation (art. 15-22 GDPR): the access to personal data, the indication of the modalities, purposes and logic of processing, the request for restriction, objection or data portability, the rectification and erasure, in accordance with restrictions and conditions specified by the European Regulation. Lastly, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 GDPR.
